Three engagement tiers. Pick the depth that matches your claim.
Pricing is per-claim or per-month, with the bid finalized after a 15-minute intake — never a mystery quote. Every tier is led by an IICRC triple master and Xactimate Level 3 estimator on the policyholder's side of the table.
Scope Review
$450–$750
per claim · flat fee
Independent review of an existing estimate, scope, or photo set — a credentialed expert reads the file, flags missing line items, and produces a written gap analysis with recommendations, code citations, and a clear next step.
- Side-by-side read of your current scope, estimate, or photo set
- Written gap analysis: missed line items, code-required upgrades, manufacturer spec gaps
- Code & standard citations (IICRC, IRC/IBC, manufacturer specs) for every flagged item
- Prioritized action list: what to add now, what to supplement later, what to leave alone
- One follow-up email to clarify findings before you decide on the next tier
- Delivered as a PDF + an editable markup of your original document when possible
Best For: Contractors or public adjusters who already have a draft and want a credentialed second set of eyes before submission.
Full Estimate & Supplement
$1,800–$4,250
per claim · fixed bid after intake
A complete Xactimate line-item estimate built from the loss, paired with a richly cited supplement package and a cover-letter narrative ready for direct submission to the carrier. The bid adapts to claim size, trade count, and complexity — the intake locks in scope before pricing.
- On-site or photo-driven scope build to IICRC S500 / S520 categories
- Xactimate line-item estimate organized by trade, room, and elevation
- Itemized supplement package with IICRC / code / manufacturer citations
- Photo log with caption, location, and measurement references
- Cover-letter narrative framing each scope addition for the adjuster
- Round-two response ready if the carrier disputes any line item
Best For: Solo public adjusters and independent contractors preparing a full submission or supplement for an active claim.
Ongoing Rebuttal Support
$950 / month
monthly retainer · cancel anytime
A standing retainer for an active claim with recurring carrier disputes. Each disputed line item gets a point-by-point technical response backed by IICRC standards, local code, and manufacturer specs — written for direct carrier correspondence or appraisal use.
- Standing monthly access to a credentialed estimator for one active claim
- Up to 8 disputed line items per month with rebuttal language and evidence
- Reference packet per dispute: IICRC clauses, code sections, spec sheets
- Photo and moisture-map evidence keyed to each disputed scope item
- Re-drafted Xactimate line items reflecting the rebuttal strategy
- Escalation-ready summary if the dispute moves to appraisal or examination
Best For: Storm-damage homeowners and public adjusters on an active claim where the carrier is disputing line items in rounds.
The cases the three tiers don't cover.
- Do you work residential or commercial losses?
- Both. The Scope Review and Full Estimate & Supplement tiers adapt to single-family losses through mid-size commercial claims. Larger portfolios are quoted as ongoing retainer or per-project bids after intake.
- What if my claim spans multiple trades or needs an expert report?
- Cases that need litigation-grade narratives, appraisal umpire support, or deposition prep are quoted as Expert Consultation engagements — billed hourly or as a fixed-scope package, sized to the matter after intake.
- How is the per-claim price finalized?
- The intake locks in scope (loss type, trade count, photo set size, dispute count) before any dollar figure is committed. The published range is a bracket — anything outside it is discussed before work begins, never invoiced unilaterally.
